Participation Guidelines

The following guidelines have been established in order to ensure that all
information is delivered to your tour facilitator (sponsor) in a timely fashion and so
that information is available prior to the tour. If you have any questions regarding
any of the guidelines listed below please contact your tour facilitator at the email
address below.

  • Tour hours are 10:00am to 1:00pm unless otherwise specified by the listing
    agent on the tour schedule.

  • Cut-off time to get home on tour list is 2:00 PM Monday.

  • Cancellations must be emailed to the facilitating office no later than noon
    on Monday. If you cannot meet the assigned deadline then it will be your
    responsibility to post a notice at the listing informing tour participant of the
    cancellation.oo
